To register on Wellkauf, go to our website and click the "Registration" button in the top right corner. Then, enter your name, mobile number, email address, and create a password that meets the specified requirements. You can also register using a Google account by clicking "Sign Up" and selecting the Google icon. Note that account verification via mobile phone is required to complete registration. If using a Google account, after logging in, you will need to provide your mobile number to post listings. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your "Spam" folder.
Profile verification during registration is done using a mobile phone number. If you don't want your number visible to others, you can disable phone contact when posting a listing. However, at least one contact method must be enabled to post a listing.
Personal information can be changed in your account settings. Go to your profile settings and select the option you'd like to update. You can change your avatar, name, and surname. If you're updating your main phone number, you will receive a call or SMS to the old number for confirmation, followed by a verification message to the new number. Access to both numbers is required. If you don't have access to your old number, contact customer support. To confirm changes, enter the last 4 digits of the incoming phone number (no need to answer the call). Once confirmed, your personal data will be updated. You can also add a second phone number, which will allow you to choose how buyers can contact you when creating a listing. This number will also be confirmed via a call or SMS. If you change your email address, a confirmation message will be sent to the new address, and a notification will be sent to the old one.
A user profile can be blocked if there are complaints from other users or violations are detected. A detailed list of violations is available here: "https://wellkauf.com/en-DE/docs/terms-of-service". If you believe your profile was blocked by mistake, contact our support service by clicking the "Contribute" button. In the pop-up window, select "My account is blocked" and describe your issue or ask any questions. Our specialists will review your request as soon as possible and get back to you. Note that you must be logged into your blocked account to submit a request.
To delete your account, go to your profile settings and click "Delete profile". A call or SMS will be sent to your registered phone number for confirmation. Once confirmed, your profile will be deleted.
To change your password, go to your profile settings and click "Change password". You will need to enter your old password, the new password, and confirm the new password again.
Each user has a rating, visible in their profile next to their username. This rating reflects how other users have rated their interactions with you, whether or not they made a purchase.
Other users cannot see your phone number in your profile. It is only shown in your listing if you leave it available. You can hide your phone number when posting a listing, in which case users will not see it.
In your profile settings, you can view information about active sessions on your account. You can terminate any session except for the current one.
In this section, you can customize your platform experience. Available settings include currency, loading mode, loading step, and the orientation of publication cards.
You can only register one profile per phone number. If you have added a second phone number to your account, that number cannot be used to register another account.
If you forget your password, go to the "Login" window. Below the login and password fields, click "Forgot password?". Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your account to receive an SMS or call. After entering the code or the last 4 digits of the incoming number, you will be prompted to create a new password.
