After selecting a promotion option, you’ll be prompted to choose a payment method. Once payment is confirmed, the promotion will take effect immediately, and your ad will appear in the selected areas.

Any user can cancel paid promotion before its expiration date. A recalculation and refund will be issued for the paid promotions. If you have any questions, please contact Wellkauf support.

If your payment didn’t go through, check that your bank card details are correct or try another payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer support team.
